Former Host Family comment: "When I was first asked to host a couple Chinese students for 2 weeks in July, I was hesitant. Giving up 2 weeks and 3 weekends in the summer is a sacrifice for us Minnesotans. Selfishly, I wasn't sure I wanted to give that time away. The Lord kept after me and finally, we applied to be a host family. What an incredible experience it was for our whole family! Having Ben and Peter stay with us was the highlight of our year and I feel like, was one of the most important things God has ever called us to do!"
If you'd like more information you can contact Kathy Say / Linda Bergmann at 763-420-2795 or you may follow the links below for the 2017 Face to Face schedule, the Host Family Responsibilities and Requirements, and the application for new host families and returning host families. If you decide you would like to host Chinese students, you may turn your application in to the HCA Academic Office or email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Join us and pray for the next generation…
Whether you’re sending your little one off to kindergarten for the first time or experiencing an empty nest, we live in a culture that seeks to steal our children. God gives us the privilege-He calls us-to intercede for them. The Lord is able. He is in control. He is victor. Moms in Prayer impacts children and schools worldwide for Christ by gathering mothers to pray.
Date/Times: Mom’s In Prayer normally meets in the HCA Conference.

The rain did not spoil the High School Hayride Event on Saturday at Dehn's Pumpkins in Dayton, MN. Our students enjoyed some good times in the corn pit, on the hay wagon and around the campfire while eating s'mores and drinking hot chocolate. As you can see one of the highlights included "burying" friends under the kernels of corn.
