WHAT IS SCRIP?
SCRIP allows Heritage to purchase gift cards from a national broker and local businesses in bulk amounts at a discount, and then resell those gift cards to families at face value. The ‘profit’ earned is used to reduce tuition costs for the individual families that purchase the gift cards. You can lower your tuition without spending anymore than you are spending now. It’s that simple.
THERE ARE FOUR WAYS TO USE SCRIP
1. Order ecards from your computer or mobile device
2. Reload SCRIP gift cards, already purchased through HCA, in the convenience of your home
3. Purchase gift cards at the HCA main office reception desk
4. Complete monthly order form to purchase specific cards. Monthly orders will be placed on the second Monday of each month. Orders need to be dropped off in the main office by 9:30 a.m. on Monday and will be available for pick up on Friday.
Go to http://www.shopwithscrip.com and click on “How to Enroll” and then “Join Your Existing Program”. Fill out all the necessary family information to enroll. You will need the HCA enrollment code. Contact Amy Somercik in the main office at 763-463-2200 or Julie Hirte at 763-463-2225 to request the enrollment code. Once you enroll, complete the Scrip Program Agreement found below and return to Julie Hirte in the main office or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
THE ONLINE PROGRAM IS CALLED SHOPWITHSCRIP
Order SCRIP gift cards and track your SCRIP rebates online, all in one convenient location at ShopWithScrip.com. After your account is setup, sign up for a secure online payment program called Presto Pay. This is found on your family home page. With this program, you can manage your account through the family home page. Receive first hand updates on increased rebates or new stores and easily add funds to selected cards. It is easy for family members from out of town to use this and you still get the rebate from their purchases. You can order as you go!
