A cornerstone of Heritage Christian Academy is discipleship based on Biblical teachings. The spiritual focus of HCA is centered on the TRUTH of God’s Holy Word and the obedience to serve and follow the Lord’s commands. The Academy offers many opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and families to grow spiritually and serve whole-heartedly. These opportunities involve intentional mentorships, meaningful RELATIONSHIPS, chapel services, spiritual events, SERVICE programs, and more.
In keeping with its chosen discipleship mission and model, Heritage Christian Academy endeavors to support the biblical teachings of the Christian home and local church by coming alongside dedicated Christian parents to educate their children. God teaches parents in Deuteronomy 6: “And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.” This immersive approach between church, home, and school shapes biblical worldview thinking as children grow into young adults.
