Heritage Christian Academy offers competitive athletic opportunities in 17 activities for high school student athletes. As a member of Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL), Heritage teams play in the highly competitive Minnesota Classic Athletic Association (MCAA) conference and have won 33 conference championships in the past 18 seasons. Middle school student athletes participate in the North Suburban Parochial School League (NSPSL). The Academy provides many opportunities for players at all levels of experience. A hallmark of Heritage sports is the high number of multi-sports athletes. HCA’s mission with athletics is to “honor God with your best effort and attitude!”
Congratulations to HCA’s girls soccer team! They claimed their 2nd consecutive conference title and 7th in program history with a resounding victory over previously unbeaten Twin Cities Academy! They finished conference play with a record of 7-0-0 and outscored their opponents 43-4. The squad boasts an over-all record of 10-3-2 and are ranked #7 in the state in Class A.
HCA’s boys and girls cross country teams “ran off” with the MCAA titles. The 5th ranked Class A boys team claimed their 9th straight MCAA title placing 5 runners in the top 10! The girls earned their 3rd consecutive title and 6th since 2017.
