Please follow these steps to begin the enrollment process at Heritage Christian Academy. 
 
Important - the enrollment process will not begin until all of the steps listed below are completed.
 
Local Applicants International Applicants
1.  Obtain and submit the most recent report card/transcript/standardized test scores. In addition, HCA reserves the right to request test score results from nationally normed standardized tests (e.g. Iowa Test of Basic Skills, California Achievement Test, Stanford Achievement Test).
 

2.  Print off and complete the following forms.

 

Mail all of these to:

3.  Complete the online application which includes a non-refundable registration-processing fee of $50.

The Admissions Committee will review the information that has been submitted and evaluate prospective students. Based on above criteria, prospective students and parents may be invited to interview with the appropriate Admissions Staff member.

 

* Heritage Christian Academy carries liability insurance. A current certificate of coverage for this insurance is available for review to all parents of HCA students. HCA's General Liability Insurance renewal date is 08-01-2017.

1.  Obtain and submit the most recent report card/transcript/standardized test scores including SLEP/TOEFL test results.

2.  Print off and complete the following forms in English.

3. Also provide the following:

  • Photocopy of student passport
  • Up-to-date immunization record
  • Proof of payment of the SEVIS I-20 Application fee ($200)
  • Proof of ability to pay tuition

3.  Complete the online application which includes a non-refundable registration-processing fee of $50.

Applications will be accepted no later than one month in advance of the beginning of the school term e.g.: August 1 (the beginning of the first semester and December 1 (the beginning of the second semester).

Upon receipt of the above, applicants may be invited to interview via SKYPE. An admissions decision will be made by the Admissions Committee and a letter regarding acceptance or regrets will be mailed as soon as possible. Upon acceptance, the I-20 will be issued, and the student will contact his/her local Embassy for issuance of a VISA.
