NTERMEDIATE SUPPLY LIST

 (Third, Fourth & Fifth Grades)

 

Please label each item with your first and last name.

You may bring the supplies with you on Monday, August 29th.

 

  • #2 Pencils (5-20 sharpened)
  • Eraser caps
  • 3 Red ballpoint pens (for correcting purposes)
  • Large box of Kleenex to share
  • Ruler (English and Metric)
  • Scissors
  • Crayons – box of 24
  • Thick markers
  • Colored pencils
  • School supplies box
  • 2 Glue sticks
  • Bottle of white Elmer’s glue
  • White soled tennis shoes for P.E. (to be left at school)
  • Pack of wide-lined loose-leaf paper
  • (1) 3 ring hardcover binder – 1” dimension
  • Container of antibacterial wipes
  • A-L pump bottle of hand-sanitizer  M-Z box of gallon or quart zip lock bags (not needed for 5th)

Additional items for Grade 3:

  • 4 Plastic folders
  • Watercolor paints
  • 1 Wide-ruled spiral notebook
  • 1 Highlighter

Additional items for Grade 4:

  • 7 Plain-colored folders with pockets and holes for binder
  • Trapper Keeper or similar item
  • Sturdy plastic “take home” folder
  • Watercolor paints
  • Black fine-tip Sharpie marker
  • 1 Notebook
  • 1 Highlighter

Additional items for Grade 5:

  • A combination lock for locker
  • 9 Plain- colored folders with pockets and holes for binder
  • (1)  2”- 3 ring binder for folders instead of trapper keeper
  • 4 Black ballpoint pens (erasable is optional)
  • Black fine-tip Sharpie marker
  • 1 Highlighter
  • Crayola thin markers
  • (3) 100 count wide ruled notebooks (math/science/general)
  • 1 flash drive (can keep home until January)
  • Locker shelves must be free-standing; decorations must be magnetic
  • 1 pouch for classroom money (at least 6” by 4”)
