Tuition payments are due on the first day of each month the student is enrolled, with the exception of the September payment, which is due June 26th, and is non-refundable. A 2% discount applies if the entire year's tuition is paid in full (via cash or check) by June 26th. Please notify HCA Finance of your payment plan selection no later than May 5th (pre-payment discounts cannot be approved after May 5th). A 1% late fee will be charged for all late payments. |

Withdrawals: Tuition must be paid through the month a student is withdrawn from the school. Admissions: New students enrolled during the school year will pay tuition pro-rated according to the number of months remaining in the school year. |
